These pages exist to put people in the Phoenix area in touch with independent third-party contractors who carry out rodent trapping, sealing, attic cleanup and related work. Use is limited to lawful purposes and to people aged 18 or over. Interfering with the site, introducing malicious code, scraping it or using it to harass anybody are all prohibited.
What happens here and what does not
Rodent Removal Phoenix works as a referral service. The trapping, the sealing, the cleanup and every other piece of physical work are performed by an independent contractor rather than here; a request gets referred to such a contractor, and that contractor may pay a referral fee for it. Whatever contract governs the work runs between you and the contractor. No guarantee is offered as to the availability, quality, timing or outcome of any contractor's work, and the cost and timeline figures published here are general guidance that forms no part of any quote.
What is expected of you
You agree to supply accurate contact details and an honest account of the problem, to confirm the license and insurance of any contractor before work starts, and to take any dispute about the work up directly with the contractor who performed it.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, diagrams and design of these pages are owned by or licensed to Rodent Removal Phoenix and protected by copyright. Reproduction, republication and redistribution all need permission in writing beforehand, and the contact form is the place to ask for it.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law permits, Rodent Removal Phoenix accepts no liability for damages arising out of your use of this website or out of work performed by any contractor referred through it, lost profit, lost data, property damage and consequential loss included, even where the possibility was pointed out beforehand. Nothing written here limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rodent Removal Phoenix and hold it harmless against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of misuse of the site, a breach of these terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
